  • An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) Assessor to join our team at St Vincent's Outreach Service Bathurst on a part-time temporary basis until July 2020.

    About the Role

    Working within the Aged Care Team, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive face-to-face assessments of multiple elderly clients each day across the wider community. This role is suitable for an experienced Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse, who is empathetic and understanding towards the various needs of individuals.

    To be successful for the role you will have:

    • Extensive experience as either an Allied Health Professional, Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
    • Current Registration with AHPRA or a membership of a relevant association
    • Current NSW Driver's License
    • Previous experience working within a community setting
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards targets
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
    • Demonstrated computer literacy skills
